Foreman Timber Construction (m/f/d) – with prospect of permanent employment

Are you a trained carpenter, have experience in leading a team, and maintain an overview even when several tasks are running simultaneously on the construction site?

For a renowned customer, we are looking for a FOREMAN TIMBER CONSTRUCTION who enjoys taking responsibility and moving things forward together with their team.

Your tasks:

• You lead a timber construction team on the construction site and ensure that the work is carried out professionally, safely, and on schedule.
• You plan the daily processes, assign the work, and roll up your sleeves yourself if necessary.
• To ensure your team can work well, you take care of the required materials, coordinate orders, and keep an eye on deliveries.
• You clarify questions directly with customers, planners, architects, and other tradespeople on the construction site. You reliably follow up on reports and protocols.

What you bring with you:

• You have completed training as a carpenter and have completed further training as a foreman timber construction or have already worked as a foreman for several years.
• You can lead a team, make decisions on the construction site, and find solutions when something runs differently than planned.
• You work independently and responsibly, communicate clearly, and maintain a collegial manner.
• A driving license of category B is also part of your profile.
