We are looking in the Zurich region, by arrangement, for an independent and service-oriented personality to become part of our Dynamic Program.

Junior Facility Manager

You will look after several objects on-site and will be the contact person for our customers. Your area of responsibility includes the following activities:

• Project support for the mandate management as well as own project responsibility
• Functional leadership of employees
• Optimization of workflows and development of processes
• Coordination of various service provisions
• Direct customer contact with various clients (property management, suppliers, etc.)
• Collaboration in technical and commercial facility management
• Assistant tasks as well as administrative activities

• Bachelor of Science in Facility Management
• Experience in facility management is an advantage
• General interest and affinity for real estate

• Strong customer orientation and willingness to take responsibility
• Flair for numbers

During the Dynamic Program, you will be accompanied by a mentor, receive on-the-job training, and participate in internal as well as external training to expand your technical know-how. In addition, you will become part of the Junior Facility Manager community to exchange ideas with other Junior Facility Managers during various events and get to know other Equans units.
