Specialist in Care EFZ

Our client is an established social institution in the Zurich region, dedicated to the care and support of people with disabilities. With a comprehensive range of services in the areas of residential living, daily structure, and protected workplaces, the organization offers a professional environment for around 550 supervised persons and numerous committed employees. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an empathetic personality as a Specialist in Care / FaBe (70 - 100 %) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Support and care of people with severe disabilities
• Agogic support of the residents
• Interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation within the team
• Assistance in managing the group household
• Completion of administrative tasks

Your profile

• Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ
• Sound professional experience with severely disabled people
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Independent way of working with differentiated perception and reflection
• Good PC skills for administrative tasks
