Branch Manager wanted for our location in Basel

For our branches in Basel, we are looking for an entrepreneurially-minded leader who enjoys leading and developing a team. Your tasks • You manage a branch independently and are responsible for turnover, profitability, and the achievement of target specifications. • You lead a team of 2–5 employees, promoting them individually through coaching, feedback, and clear objectives. • You are close to the market: look after existing customers, build new customer relationships, and recognize opportunities for growth. • You recruit and look after candidates for temporary and permanent placements in various professional fields. • You observe market and industry trends and derive strategies from them for your branch. Your profile • Several years of experience in recruitment • You have an existing customer and employee base • Commercial or sales-oriented training • Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and enjoyment in developing and motivating people. • Very good German skills in speaking and writing; English and any other foreign language is an advantage. • Networker with a sense for market opportunities and the building of sustainable customer relationships.
