Our client is a successful and modernly equipped construction company in structural engineering and civil engineering. For the Aarau metropolitan area, we are looking for a Polier Hochbau immediately or by arrangement.

Job Description

As a dipl. Polier/in, you lead construction sites in structural engineering and civil engineering and ensure a smooth process. You lead the construction site personnel professionally and are responsible for the enforcement of occupational safety. Together with the construction management, you are responsible for the compliance and control of deadlines, costs and quality.

Requirement Profile

-Basic training in structural engineering/civil engineering with further training to dipl. Polier
-Several years of professional experience
-Practice-oriented and independent
-Goal-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
-Quality awareness
-Pleasant appearance in dealing with clients and construction management
-Leadership experience an advantage
-Oral and written German skills
