Together, we develop innovative concepts and implement them in collaboration with product management, technology teams, and sales channels. We are looking for a committed, assertive, and motivated person as a Strategy and Project Manager for the new distribution initiative «360° P&C Customer Approach, Consulting & Care» to implement our «Growth Formula». What to expect • You are in charge of the new, central transformation initiative of the distribution «360° P&C» and are responsible for planning, implementation, control, and success monitoring • You drive complex topics forward independently - from the first idea to conception to implementation - in close collaboration with the channel leaders of the direct sales force, broker service, and direct channel, and ensure the achievement of targets in the P&C private and business customer sector • You also contribute to the content and implement new sales models, tools, and processes, and are responsible for their company-wide introduction and anchoring • You are responsible for prioritizing and planning the implementation across agile products and teams • You take on a central role in stakeholder management and position your topics effectively at all hierarchy levels What you bring • You have a successfully completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Business Innovation • With a sense of enterprise, vision, and market orientation, you keep an overview and control all dimensions of the change project to continuously exceed AXA goals as well as customer and partner needs • As an enabler of the organization, you develop innovative approaches, redesign standards, and implement them successfully to create forward-looking solutions • You have over 6 years of experience in project work - ideally in the interfaces between sales, management, and specialist departments such as IT, product management, marketing, etc. • You have several years of professional experience in the insurance and/or banking industry or consulting • You are familiar with change management processes and have mastered the implementation of multi-stakeholder projects • You have in-depth knowledge of agile project methodology and experience working with agile teams • You have excellent German and good English language skills, French or Italian is an advantage What we offer you We are convinced: Satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
