Your tasks – Preventive, long-term, personal

Independent performance of health examinations, preventive checks, and risk profile analyses

Care of female and male patients with acute symptoms or chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, depression, etc.

Counseling on health promotion, nutrition, exercise, vaccination status, and lifestyle changes

Holistic treatment planning including social, psychological, and family aspects

Follow-up care after hospital discharges or operations, including medication management and therapy planning

Interpretation and discussion of laboratory values, ECG, X-ray, and ultrasound findings

Collaboration with specialists, physiotherapy, nursing facilities, and social services

Your profile – Trusting, reliable, structured

Specialist title General Medicine FMH or equivalent MEBEKO recognition

Entry in the MedReg of the Canton of Zurich

Enjoyment of the continuous care of female and male patients

Ability to convey medically complex contexts in an understandable way

Independent, solution-oriented, and team-friendly personality

Very good German skills, every additional language is a plus
