La fondation dreischiibe is an innovative non-profit social enterprise. In our multipurpose service and activity center in Herisau, Saint-Gall and Flawil, we create professional and personal perspectives for people suffering from mental health disorders through 220 places of work, training and integration. In the day center and the meeting center, we promote social integration with more than 63 places for visitors. On behalf of the disability insurance and other orientation offices, we accompany people with health limitations on their path towards the ordinary labor market. We support apprentices during their training, their internships and their entry into professional life as well as adults in the development of their capacity to work and their professional reintegration. We collaborate closely with employers and other partners from the ordinary labor market. For a maternity replacement, we are looking for an experienced personality immediately or by arrangement as Integration Advisor / Employment Coach (50-60%) fixed-term contract until end of 2027 • Your tasks • You accompany people from AI measures and other orientation offices from entry until integration into the ordinary labor market • You advise the coachees as well as the employers and coordinate the entire integration process • You organize internships, workplace training and apprenticeship places • You work in close collaboration with internal and external interest groups • You support active persons in preserving their employment or in their professional reorientation • You maintain our network with employers, orientation offices and develop our integration offer • Your profile • You have a completed EFZ vocational training as well as at least five years of professional experience in an economic or social environment • You have training or continuing education in the field of employment coaching, ergagogy, professional placement or counseling, or are willing to undergo training in this field • You have experience in the professional integration of people with mental health disorders as well as knowledge of social insurance and labor law • You distinguish yourself by high social and advisory competence as well as a respectful attitude • You communicate with confidence and present yourself in a convincing manner • You work autonomously, structured and responsibly • You like collaborating with different interest groups and appreciate networking • You possess a category B driving license and a personal car • What awaits you • A varied and meaningful activity in a social enterprise • A margin of maneuver and the possibility to bring your own ideas • A motivated and helpful team that supports each other • Attractive employment conditions • Place of work • 9000 Saint-Gall • Saint-Gall • 9000 • Saint-Gall
