For an established and specialized psychiatric-psychotherapeutic institution in the Oberaargau region, we are looking for an engaged personality as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF
• Professional experience in the psychiatric field is an advantage
• Interest in working with people in challenging life situations
• High social competence as well as an independent and responsible way of working
• Ability to work in a team, resilience, and pronounced communication skills
• Good organizational skills and enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation

Tasks ##

• Care and support of patients in the psychiatric setting
• Taking over primary nursing and active participation in shaping the nursing process
• Close cooperation with psychologists, doctors, and other specialists
• Observation, documentation, and assessment of treatment courses
• Professional conduct in crisis situations
• Participation in the guidance and promotion of students and interns
• Active collaboration in the interdisciplinary treatment team
