Manage the tools and consumables necessary for the activity. Participate in the evaluation of employees and contribute to their development by participating in interviews and exchanges. Be a local relay, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Be mobile and have a vehicle for different sites in the region Requirements ## Watchmaker CFC Several years of experience in a watch factory. Experience or marked interest in team management and support. Patience, pedagogy and taste for knowledge transmission. Excellent communication and listening skills. Open-minded, autonomous and sense of responsibility. Organization, rigor and ability to take initiatives.
