For our Solothurn residential location, we are looking for a social educator/social pedagogue 70-80% as of 01.08.2026 or by agreement. This is what your new workday with us will look like: • Technical support and accompaniment of clients in the areas of living, everyday life, leisure, and life planning; no nursing activities • Development and implementation of individual support strategies for personal development to promote autonomy and inclusion • Main responsible contact person work for 3-4 clients • Depending on the workload, three to four fixed deployment days per week in the evening shift between 13.00 and 22.00; no split shifts and no night presence services • Quarterly to semesterly weekend planning with usually a maximum of two weekend days per month • Interdisciplinary collaboration with guardianships, doctors, psychiatry, and specialist offices • Planning, design, and management of residential group training, activities, and excursions as well as departmental management • Participation in team meetings and supervisions • Implementation of our values and mature QM system What we expect from you: • Degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy or equivalent education and experience • High social and reflective competence, empathy, and patience • Motivation for active engagement with the life world of people in challenging life situations and their problem areas • Ability to communicate clearly and with humor, calmness, and professionalism in challenging situations • Willingness to proactively and constructively process emerging conflicts • Self-confident appearance, flexibility, resilience, and assertiveness • Interest and joy in teamwork and interdisciplinary exchange What we offer you - our diverse employee benefits: • Flexibility in the workday with modern working time models • Further development through free internal courses and support for external further education • Above-average social benefits and provisions • High-quality catering at discounted prices • Attractive discounts from partners as well as internal discounts • Free parking spaces without parking stress For additional information, Philipp Schelling is available to answer your questions.
