Your area of responsibility: In this versatile position, you will be responsible for the personnel, technical, and organizational management of our commercial all-rounder team and future apprentices. You will ensure that processes run smoothly and that the team works together optimally. Your tasks include: Leadership and Organization: Task distribution and active participation in day-to-day business. Conducting annual and qualification interviews. Recruitment, qualification, and training of new and existing employees. Administration and Accounting: Ensuring and controlling a smooth day-to-day business. Controlling financial accounting, including monthly closures. Compiling documents for the trustee. Case management and processes: Telephone customer support as well as creation of offers and orders. Maintenance of price lists, master data management, and ERP systems. Supporting the management level in creating process documentation, presentations, statistics, and analyses. Team and process support: Contact person for operational questions and office applications in the team. Your profile: You are a motivating leader who enjoys taking responsibility and working in a varied environment. Additionally, you bring: Completed commercial basic training with business management further education. Experience in team leadership and ideally in the supervision of apprentices (vocational trainer an advantage). Enjoyment of a practical leadership task with active participation in the day-to-day business of a trading company. Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work. Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems as well as openness to digital topics. Swiss German native language with good Austrian language skills (additional languages are a plus).
