Commissioning Manager This is what you can achieve with us. You take over the overall responsibility for commissioning in our projects - from the end of assembly to handover to the customer (PAC). You coordinate and control all trades and suppliers involved in commissioning. You carry out functional and performance tests as well as safety-related inspections and document them. You analyze malfunctions, initiate error corrections, and optimize system parameters. You train the operating personnel and carry out the plant documentation as built. You ensure compliance with and implementation of safety regulations. You work closely with the project management, engineering, and assembly teams and pass on the experience gathered to the specialist departments. You are willing to be present on site within Switzerland and/or in neighboring countries for project-related work. This is what you bring. You have a completed degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, energy/environmental technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical education. You have several years of experience as a commissioning engineer in plant construction - ideally in the field of thermal energy generation, power plant construction, or similar. You have in-depth knowledge of control and regulation technology and a deep understanding of process-related processes. You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even in complex and stressful situations. You are flexible, resilient, and feel comfortable in a dynamic project environment. You communicate clearly, present yourself confidently, and work gladly in an interdisciplinary manner. This is what we offer you.
