Manufacturing - Production | Sursee | 80% | from 01.12.2026 or by arrangement ##

Your tasks

• Leading, supporting and further developing employees with cognitive and/or physical disabilities (6 - 10 employees)
• Supporting employees in the industrial and creative work process
• Productive participation in the workshop group
• Timely production and processing/billing of orders
• Planning, organising and optimising daily business
• Contact with the social environment of the employees (relatives and residential home)
• Accompanying employees in support offers and internal compensation offers
• Participation in projects

Your profile

• Basic training in the industrial or creative field
• Additional pedagogical training is an advantage
• Enjoyment in working with and promoting people with disabilities
• Experience in production and service sectors
• Organisational talent, open, communicative and solution-oriented personality
• Flair for productive work and great interest in trends and developments
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and common collaboration tools
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
