For a company in the field of building technology, we are looking for an HVAC Project Manager who not only accompanies technical projects but truly has them in hand - from the initial clarifications through planning and coordination to the finished system.

Tasks ###

• leading HVAC projects from the first meeting to handover
• coordinating planners, installers, suppliers, and other project participants
• discussing technical solutions directly with customers and project partners
• creating and checking tenders, offers, planning documents, and technical documentation
• organizing and accompanying work on the construction site
• keeping an eye on costs, deadlines, quality, and ongoing changes
• solving technical or organizational problems if things in the project turn out differently than planned

Requirements ###

• technical basic training in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or building technology
• several years of experience in the HVAC industry, ideally already in project management
• good technical understanding and interest in complex systems and projects
• independent and structured way of working - you do not wait for someone else to solve the matter
• communicative personality who speaks as well with customers as with installers and planners

MS-Office - good knowledge
CAD programs - good knowledge

Languages ###

German: native language
English: m+s good is an advantage
