• 03 July 2026 • 80 - 100% • Permanent position • Zürich Your Tasks • Independent management of accounts payable including checking, recording, coding and posting of electronic supplier invoices, credit card and expense reports • Ensuring the correct application of VAT • Prompt processing of payment runs and monitoring of payment deadlines • Reconciliation of open item lists • Maintenance of accounts payable master data • Cash management • Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements • Deputising during team absences • Participation in projects • General administrative tasks Your Profile • Completed commercial training, ideally in a law firm, fiduciary or a comparable environment with sound accounting knowledge • Several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in an SME • Structured, precise and reliable working style with high quality standards and sense of responsibility • Experience with the accounting software Abacus and willingness to quickly familiarise yourself with new applications • Team-oriented, discreet and committed personality We Offer • Contemporary employment conditions and attractive social benefits • Collegial and appreciative working atmosphere in a dedicated team • Good public transport connections and a modern workplace in the heart of Zurich If you have the required qualifications and are interested in this challenging position, please send us your complete application documents via our application tool or by e-mail.
