What you can contribute

• Participate in the coordination of the conference on natural hazards planned for 2027
• Support the division in various files
• Write texts and minutes of meetings
• Propose ideas for communication and implement communication measures (e.g., on social media)

What makes you unique

• University degree or from a university of applied sciences (bachelor), in the field of natural sciences with a penchant for communication, or in communication sciences with an interest in scientific themes
• Knowledge, ideally, in project management
• Sense of organization, flexibility, reliability, autonomy, rigor in work
• Good active knowledge of at least a second official language and good written expression

You support by coordinating the event prevention and coordination section on the subject of natural hazards.

The Office fédéral de l'environnement (OFEV) is responsible for ensuring the sustainable exploitation of natural resources such as soil, water, air and forest. The OFEV is an office of the Département fédéral de l'environnement, des transports, de l'énergie et de la communication (DETEC).

Start date: 01.01.2027 or as agreed.
The duration of this position is limited to 31 decembre 2027.

Admission requirements: Obtaining the degree (Bachelor) must not be more than 18 months before the start date.

The internship must be carried out after studies. An internship that is part of a course of study cannot be carried out in this framework.
