Since 1926, the owner-managed family business OLWO has developed into a central production, trading, and service company of the Swiss timber industry. At three locations, we operate a trading company for wood and wood-based materials with state-of-the-art logistics infrastructure, high-performance sawmills, and a planing mill with surface treatment.

Product/Interior Consultant Showroom and Sales Back Office

In this versatile and varied activity, you will advise our customers in our modern showroom during regular showroom opening hours (includes 1 - 2 Saturday mornings per month). You will also support our sales team in the back office in the areas of floor coverings and terraces.

What you can achieve

• Advising and supporting a diverse and demanding clientele in our showroom as well as by telephone
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through competent advice and successful selling
• Holistic sales processing from the independent creation of sales offers and their follow-up to order entry in our ERP MS Dynamcis BC
• Cooperation with internal departments to ensure a smooth process
• Maintaining and updating our product samples and assortment documentation
