Do you have experience in quality assurance and quality management in the food industry and want to contribute your expertise to food projects? At Trinova Food, you combine quality work with direct exchange with customers, suppliers, and our sales team.

YOUR TASKS

Quality assurance and quality management approx. 60%

• You take over operative QA and QM tasks and answer customer inquiries regarding products and quality.
• You create and maintain customer specifications and check product documentation as well as quality-relevant information from our suppliers.
• You check new items from a quality perspective and accompany their opening and introduction into our systems.
• You manage our internal HACCP system and support the QM Manager in the maintenance and further development of the quality management system.
• You support the QM Manager in the preparation and implementation of IFS-Broker audits and contribute to the maintenance and further development of our certification.
• You participate in the risk management team, assess product and process risks, and develop suitable measures together with the team.

Project management approx. 40%

• You support our Sales & Product Managers in customer, supplier, and product projects.
• You accompany projects from the first technical clarifications to the introduction of new ingredients and products.
• You coordinate quality, order, and product-specific questions between customers, suppliers, and internal contact persons.
• You clarify open points directly with customers and suppliers and keep an eye on deadlines, tasks, and next steps.
• You take over additional administrative tasks and keep internal overviews and evaluations up to date.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training or a degree in the field of food technology and bring practical experience in QA and QM in the food industry.
• HACCP, Food Fraud, product specifications, and quality-relevant requirements are familiar topics to you; knowledge of IFS-Broker is an advantage.
• You work precisely, analytically, and in a structured manner and maintain an overview when dealing with several parallel topics.
• You enjoy communicating directly with customers and suppliers, work in a team, and tackle open questions independently.
• You think in a solution-oriented and entrepreneurial manner and enjoy actively accompanying and coordinating projects.
• You communicate confidently in German and English, orally and in writing, and work routinely with MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
