Specialist Coordinator HLKSE+

In this role, you will take on the spatial specialist coordination and project management of HLKSE planning projects in the field of building services.

Tasks

• Independent support of HLKSE planning projects in spatial specialist coordination
• Technical responsibility for the spatial specialist coordination including co-design of BIM methods
• Project management of medium-sized projects with increased complexity in one trade (HLKSE+)
• Leadership and coaching of the project team
• Determination of the share of specialist coordination and project management
• Participation in company and employee development

Profile

• Basic training in an HLKSE specialist trade, ideally with further training in the BIM area
• Basic vocational training as a Building Services Planner EFZ or in the electrical field
• Specialist further training at FH, HF level or with a federal diploma
• Practical experience in spatial specialist coordination and planning of building services projects
• Revit knowledge in building services is an advantage
