To complete our accounting department, we are looking for a: Confirmed Accountant Job description and responsibilities: • Establishment and verification of management accounts • Establishment of heating and ancillary costs accounts • Quarterly and annual closing situations • Account control • Accounting of rents and updating of tenants • Parameterization of buildings, heating systems, etc. • Control and payment of mortgages • Processing of arrivals and departures of buildings • Establishment of buyer/seller accounts • Establishment of owner/tenant situations • Payment of available funds to owners • Management of separate treasury • Accounting of takeovers and end of mandate What we offer you: • An autonomous and responsible position • A pleasant working environment and very good social benefits • Integration into a dynamic team with an excellent collaborative spirit • Excellent social benefits Your profile: • 3 to 5 years of experience in a property accounting position • Accounting training • Excellent mastery of computer tools • Sense of organization and responsibility • Relational ease
