You also support the VPRH on various subjects and projects. 100% position and permanent contract. Senior HR, SIRH Project Manager Desired profile • Higher education in human resources and project management. • Very project/digital transformation oriented, experience as an HR Manager = an asset • Excellent mastery of SAP Success Factor and SAP HCM. • Comfort with numbers and very good mastery of Excel. • Analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, rigor and precision. • Good team spirit and resistance to stress. • Excellent mastery of French and English. Main responsibilities • Lead the migration project from SAP HCM to Success Factor while respecting the budget, deliverables and deadlines. • Coordinate the various project stakeholders (integrator, IT, BPO, local HR). • Ensure the reliability, consistency and quality of HR data and monitor it. • Maintain the global organizational structure up to date. • Provide support to local HR on global HR processes and system usage. - Support various system users through change management. • Identify areas for HR process optimization in collaboration with the VPRH. • Participate in various group projects. • Reports and analyses on various Group HR subjects.
