You will take over the management of this newly created department, shape the content strategy of the future, and develop innovative e-learning offers for over 500 organizations in the DACH region with your team. Your work environment at easylearn We are a leading provider of solutions in the field of digital knowledge transfer. More than 500,000 users from around 500 organizations are trained with easylearn. The easylearn learning platform combines all the tools for sustainable corporate training under one roof; an important part of our services is also the provision of e-learning content. We develop individual e-learnings for our customers in a contract relationship, create standard courses, and make high-quality e-learnings from international partner companies available. Your area of responsibility You have the talent to understand companies' learning needs and address them with the right solutions in the Learning Content area. Your area of responsibility includes primarily: Leadership & Strategy: You lead the Learning Content Services team and further develop the content strategy along the company's goals. You bundle all activities around your own and purchased e-learning content in one place Assortment & Partner Management: You are responsible for the assortment of standard courses, maintain partnerships with content providers, and develop them strategically further Content Operations & Marketing: You control the operational implementation and management of courses with suitable tools and work closely with Marketing and Sales for marketing Project Management: You take over the responsibility for quality, time, and goal achievement of all author projects and customer orders Hands-on Content Creation: You conceive and develop e-learnings yourself if necessary – from didactic consulting for customers to storyboarding to the use of multimedia elements What you bring to our team A completed degree or a completed technical or commercial basic training with additional training in the field of media, web, graphics/design, communication, etc. Leadership training or proven multi-year leadership experience in a comparable environment, e.g., at an LMS provider, an e-learning provider, or an e-learning agency Experience in commercially oriented functions (offer creation, price definition, negotiations) Experience in adult education and in handling e-learning authoring tools is an advantage Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, English is an advantage Digital understanding and a high affinity for software solutions Sympathetic and winning personality with a pronounced communication strength and high customer orientation Quick comprehension and structured and results-oriented work What we offer you for your success With us, you will meet a committed team, modern structures, and a lot of space to shape.
