As a municipal child and youth home, we offer up to seven young people from kindergarten to the vocational training level a loving home for a period of time. In addition to accommodation and 24-hour care, the young people find with us a place where they can feel safe and develop. All the children and adolescents attend public school or their training company and are accompanied by us in a residential setting. With our pedagogical expertise, we support the young people in developing their social skills, mastering challenges, and becoming more independent step by step.

• you care for, promote, and accompany the children and adolescents outside of school and training hours.
• you support with homework and can specifically contribute your school knowledge.
• you design a varied leisure time for the children and adolescents and motivate them to participate in different activities.
• you actively participate in camps, weekend excursions, and special events.
• you participate in assessments and development planning for the children and adolescents.
• you accompany one to two children or adolescents as a case-leading reference person.
• you work closely with various stakeholders such as legal guardians, teachers, and mandate holders.
• you write reports and accounts.
• you support the team with household tasks and contribute to a well-maintained and homely home.

• due to your completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH or an equivalent qualification.
• because you enjoy working with children and adolescents from kindergarten to the apprenticeship period and want to accompany them on their journey.
• because you create a secure framework with your empathetic personality.
• due to your willingness and flexibility for irregular working hours including night shifts and weekend shifts.
• because you like to be actively involved in camps, weekend excursions, or special events.
