What you move
Collection of specific requirements from users and ensuring their technical implementation, mainly in the field of construction
Involvement of the operational sites affected by the project as well as timely planning and introduction of the necessary conversion measures
Monitoring of investment and construction costs as well as administration and control of the documentation of buildings and infrastructures
Examination of functional specifications, plans and technical descriptions for building and infrastructure facilities according to the applicable internal and external standards
Examination of tenders in the field of construction and infrastructure
Management of suppliers and manufacturers in the field of construction and infrastructure, monitoring of execution and cost development as well as carrying out acceptances
Participation in the preparation of work contracts, participation in construction meetings and representation of the client's interests
Construction site supervision to ensure compliance with the defined requirements
Coordination of various specialists to achieve the project goals
What you bring
Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)
Specialization: Master or Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineer or technician HF construction management with 5-10 years of experience
Professional experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing large and complex construction projects, desirable
Person who is able to work systematically and structured, think in networks, set priorities and be resilient
Good Office and SAP knowledge
