For the further development of our foundation's communication, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as Head of Communication. You are responsible for the internal and external communication of the Stiftung OZL and develop it further strategically and operationally. You recognize relevant topics, turn them into stories, and ensure that our messages reach the right people via the appropriate channels. Head of Communication (80–100 %) Your tasks: * Responsibility and further development of internal and external communication * Responsibility for brand management * Media work and maintenance of relationships with media professionals * Planning and editorial implementation of communication measures and campaigns * Implementation and expansion of our social media strategy as well as further development of digital communication * Writing and editing media releases, internal information, posts and other communication media * Advising the management and the leaders on communication issues * Communicative accompaniment of projects, events and organization of fundraising activities. You will be supported by an apprentice Mediamatiker, especially in multimedia implementation. In the same team works the person responsible for the specialist department Supported Communication and Easy Language. You will work closely with them and further develop an understandable and inclusive communication. Your profile: You are a communication-strong personality who combines strategic thinking with joy in concrete implementation. You like to write gladly and confidently, have a sense for people and stories and can bring complex content down to the point understandably. * A degree or a comparable higher education in the field of communication, corporate communication, media or a related field * Several years of professional experience in corporate or organizational communication * Experience in internal and external communication as well as in media work * Sound knowledge of social media and digital communication * Business administration knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurial contexts * Very good editorial and conceptual skills * Independent, structured and reliable way of working. Experience in the social, educational or health sector is an advantage. However, decisive for us are also your interest in our work, joy of creation and the willingness to actively further develop our communication.
