Your Task ##

• Responsibility for the proper management of the financial accounting as well as the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other subsidiary ledgers including monitoring the dunning and collection system
• Creation and control of settlements as well as ensuring correct financial processing of all business transactions
• Advising and supporting internal and external stakeholders on finance and accounting-related issues
• Cooperation in the optimization and digitalization of processes in finance and accounting as well as active participation in cross-departmental projects

Your Profile ##

• Completed commercial basic training, supplemented by further training in finance and accounting
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting with proficiency in the preparation of financial statements
• Good knowledge of VAT law as well as experience in real estate accounting
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working with high quality standards
• Team-oriented, service-oriented, and communicative personality with a reliable way of working
