Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a/an Service Employee with operational involvement in leadership 100% ==================================================================== Your main tasks: • Responsible for friendly, courteous and competent guest care in à la carte and banquet service • Independent management of a service station with independent cash collection and service accounting • Co-responsible for the sale and recommendation of our offers • Cleaning work according to the HCCP hygiene concept • Operational involvement in leadership (creating duty rosters, leading shifts, orders, etc.) Requirements: • Completed training as a restaurant specialist is an advantage or a lot of experience from a similar business • Great joy in contact with guests • Patience in dealing with elderly people and employees with a disability • High willingness to provide service • Communicative and team-oriented personality • Very good oral German skills • Willingness to work on weekends • Committed, reliable, responsible and used to working independently What awaits you: An extremely committed team and an appreciative working environment that allows for a lot of creative freedom and development.
