In the course of business expansion, we are looking for a:

Claims Management Clerk 80%-100% (m/f/d)

Your activities:
First Level Support for policyholders
Administration of motor vehicle damage
Customer support during damage recording
Active steering of vehicle holders into our partner network
Outbound Call support our
Participation in the implementation of projects

What you bring:
Commercial basic training and/or several years of professional experience as a clerk in professions with customer contact
Mandatory: German as well as fluent French and Italian skills are required. Any further language is an advantage.
Good comprehension and healthy assertiveness
Enjoyment of contact with customers and partners
Independent way of working and enjoyment of working in a smaller team
Cheerful and reliable personality
