Berne (and working from home) | 80-100% (jobsharing possible) What you can contribute to • Define and communicate the product vision for IAM: develop a clear vision of the IAM portfolio, focused on business, security, and compliance requirements, and defend it before teams and stakeholders • Lead and evolve the IAM portfolio: assume technical responsibility for products in the areas of identity and role management, access and secret management, as well as identity and access governance • Define Epics, features, and roadmap: develop and prioritize Epics and features based on strategic guidelines and architectural objectives, and manage dependencies as well as implementation • Supervise and drive product development: identify and address risks, obstacles, and goal conflicts at an early stage, and ensure cost-effective implementation within deadlines • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams: work closely with Product Owners, architects, DevSecOps teams, operations and acquisition teams, security officers, and other stakeholders • Represent IAM within committees and planning structures: present technical topics and priorities at SAFe events and within decision-making bodies in a manner tailored to the target audience and defend them effectively <br /> What makes you unique • University degree (bachelor/master) in computer science or economics, or equivalent education in the field of computer science • Several years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the field of IAM or security within a large company, public administration, or an environment of comparable complexity, characterized by demanding governance and stakeholder structures • In-depth knowledge of IAM-related topics, such as role models, provisioning, authentication, authorization, PAM, or access governance • Practical experience with agile methods (preferably SAFe), backlog management, feature and roadmap management • Great persuasive power, structured working method, and secure stakeholder management at different levels • Very good command of at least one second official language as well as English, and if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a few words Join the Cyber Command and actively participate in the digital transformation of the Swiss Army in a dynamic work environment.
