In the course of a medium-term planned succession arrangement, we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking personality who will prospectively assume overall responsibility (including possible takeover/participation), as Co-Managing Director / Managing Director Electrical SME (m/f) After an individually designed introductory phase, you will gradually take over the operational management of the company. Your tasks: Overall responsibility for the operational business (technology, projects, organization) Leadership and further development of a well-coordinated team (12 employees) Co-responsibility for the economic development of the company Support and expansion of existing customer relationships Quoting and project management Ensuring quality, deadlines, and economic efficiency Responsibility for personnel, recruitment, and deployment planning Collaboration with administration/finance (internal & external partners) Further development of the company Depending on your profile, you will initially still be active operationally (also on construction sites) and will increasingly develop into strategic leadership Your profile: Electrical installer EFZ with further training (Master's examination or in training) Sound experience in project management / electrical installation Confident in dealing with customers and projects Experience in leading teams and/or larger projects Entrepreneurially thinking personality with a hands-on mentality Strong leadership and assertive High customer orientation & relationship strength Flexible, solution-oriented, and pragmatic Interest in a long-term perspective / succession Your perspective: Clear perspective for the complete takeover of the company Gradual takeover of management Co-shaping the future direction of the company Established network and stable customer base Well-coordinated team with key persons Interested?
