WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

• Independent execution of forwarding, packaging, and insurance orders in compliance with all legal requirements
• Competent contact person (m/f/d) for customers, authorities, insurance companies, and transport service providers to optimize costs and legal framework conditions
• Active proposing and implementing of improvements in the forwarding and transport sectors
• Obtaining third-party service offers, securing transport insurance, and concluding freight contracts
• Efficient dispatching of means of transport for smooth shipping
• Creation of all relevant shipping, loading, and customs documents for import, export, and domestic
• Operational control of the entire shipping logistics (Export/Import/Domestic) directly at the Altdorf location
• Reliable checking and accounting of incoming invoices for third-party services

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Commercial training and further training as a clerk (m/f/d) Import/Export or as a foreign trade specialist (m/f/d)
• Several years of experience in import/export
• German and English business fluent

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

• 40-hour week (plus 1 hr early start time for bridge days)
• 5 - 6 weeks vacation depending on age
• In case of illness 100% continued payment of wages up to max. 730 days
• Industry-standard salary (annual external salary comparison according to function and age)
