QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER, on-site

• Direction, motivation and development of the quality assurance team
• Global responsibility for quality management (quality development, project, production and customer)
• Definition, implementation and monitoring of control and release processes
• Analysis of quality indicators and implementation of corrective and preventive measures
• Active participation in the optimization of products and processes in close collaboration with production, development and project management
• Execution and/or supervision of internal site audits (5S, processes, workstation, product) and monitoring the implementation of necessary measures.
• Management of the processing of non-conformities on site
• Writing of site quality reports (CNQ...) and monitoring of deviations from objectives
• Direction of the metrology department on site (calibration, approval...)
• Training and awareness of employees on quality-related topics
• Participation in supplier evaluation by evaluating the quality aspect of deliveries
• Basic technical training with continuous training as an HF technician / FH engineer
• Experience in the field of plastics technology (injection process) an asset
• In-depth knowledge in the field of quality
• Excellent mastery of quality tools
• Several years of experience in management
• Communicative and customer-oriented

Reliable personality with a strong team spirit as well as the necessary ability to assert ideas for the success of tasks and objectives

Very good knowledge of German and/or French with good knowledge of the other language, mastery of English is a great advantage
