As part of its team development, this office is looking for an Assistant Billing Accountant to take charge of an essential part of the financial monitoring of files and contribute to the smooth administrative functioning of the office.
Your tasks at your new employer
Monitor client accounts, control bank accounts and perform the necessary reconciliations
Prepare and execute payments in compliance with internal procedures
Establish financial statements for the parties concerned, notably buyers and sellers
Manage transfer duties as well as the monitoring of provisions
Ensure the monitoring of file billing as well as the issuance of the latter
Control and allocate services and disbursements, notably those related to the land registry and ancillary costs
Monitor files pending billing and ensure their proper closure
Process refunds and client account balances
Keep control tables up to date and ensure the administrative monitoring of operations
Collaborate daily with notaries and secretaries
Ensure the archiving and management of financial and administrative documents
You offer your new employer
Holder of a CFC as a commercial employee, with confirmed experience in accounting
Experience in a similar function, ideally acquired within a notary office, a fiduciary, or in the real estate sector
Great rigor, excellent organizational skills and particular attention to detail
Team spirit and ease in collaborating with different interlocutors
Good mastery of Excel, knowledge of MCR is an asset
