Your field of activity ### • You lead a team of three specialists technically and personally and create the prerequisites for competent and trustful cooperation • Responsibility for timely and qualitatively flawless payroll processing including year-end tasks, withholding taxes and social insurances as well as for compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements • You advise employees and managers competently on payroll and social insurance topics and represent LUKS towards authorities, social insurance institutions and auditing bodies • Active participation in cross-departmental projects as well as further development of payroll processes through digitalization, automation and continuous optimization Your experience ### • You have further training in the field of payroll, social insurances or human resources, several years of professional experience in a comparable function as well as very good knowledge of SAP HCM and MS Office.
