What you bring with you:

• Completed training as Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH or as Fachperson Gesundheit (FaGe) EFZ; in the case of foreign degrees, corresponding SRK recognition
• Joy in the care and support of young adults with physical limitations
• Mental resilience, teamwork skills, and a responsible, independent way of working
• Patience, empathy, and flexibility
• Experience with electronic nursing documentation

Your tasks:

• Taking over nursing tasks as well as, depending on your qualification and your competencies, service responsibility in the day shift
• Carrying out basic and treatment care within the scope of your professional competencies
• Collaboration in the nursing specialist team and cooperation with the responsible medical specialists
• Support and professional guidance of employees without nursing training
• Ensuring nursing quality through the implementation of applicable standards and guidelines
• Taking over case management tasks according to your qualification
• Accompanying and supporting the residents in everyday life and in their free time
• Active co-design and further development of the residential group
• Instruction and accompaniment of interns and apprentices according to your qualification
