In the important role of real estate manager within the Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) department, you ensure the global management of your portfolio. You juggle the different challenges of each real estate property and its interlocutors and you play the role of intermediary between all parties. Our mandatary is a very renowned corporate client (CREM) and the real estate to be managed are very well located commercial buildings.

• Thanks to your thinking and action in matters of business management, you autonomously manage the portfolio assigned to you and you are supported by Lease Accounting and Lease Administration.
• You are the contact person for property owners, tenants and lessors (leasing) and you support them in their requests.
• As a representative of interests, you are in contact with offices, facility managers and other real estate stakeholders.
• You negotiate lease contracts and proceed with adaptations of lease contracts and rents.
• You guarantee leasing in accordance with the market and are responsible for the leasing and management of vacant properties.
• In the event of a change of tenant, you take care of the handover and return of surfaces and you support the construction department during the demolition of tenant fit-outs (leasing).
• You regularly report on the current status of processing various pending files by means of reports prepared and managed by our Key Account Management.

What characterizes you.

• You have a basic commercial education or equivalent training as well as the federal diploma of real estate manager.
• Thanks to several years of professional experience in a similar function, you already perfectly know the processes and challenges.
• Common IT applications (MS Office) pose no problem for you.
• If you have experience with the SAP RE-FX management software, it is an advantage.
• A good command of German is an asset.
• You express yourself skillfully both orally and in writing and you convince through your great service orientation.
• You have an autonomous and reliable working method.
