Workflow Specialist (w/m/d) - Leitstand Your tasks You actively monitor and control the entire flow of goods of the products - from goods receipt through the highly automated warehouse zones to the packaging stations With your coordination, you ensure that over 1'000 employees are efficiently supplied with goods at their workplaces You keep an overview of order entries and support the Warehouse Shift Managers in planning and allocating operational resources Clear and situation-specific communication with internal as well as external stakeholders is part of your daily work You continuously analyze the flow of goods, recognize deviations at an early stage, and initiate suitable measures You actively contribute to the optimization of processes and drive improvements forward with your team Your skills An automated warehouse is no unfamiliar territory for you and you bring 2-3 years of experience in a logistical environment With your basic technical understanding of conveyor systems and your experience with warehouse management systems such as Probas, Controlltower or PlantUI, you quickly find your way around You have a secure command of the German language in word and writing (at least B2) and communicate gladly with internal and external stakeholders For the two-shift operation (Mon-Sat, 04:30-23:30) you are mobile and work on site in our logistics center in Wohlen A structured way of working characterizes you: even with a high workload, you prioritize the right tasks and keep an overview in a dynamic environment In a complex system landscape, you find your way around safely, quickly work your way into new topics, and think in a networked, analytical and process-oriented way.
