Polymechaniker 4-Achs-Bearbeitungscenter (m/w/d) 80-100% Employment type: Festanstellung Region: Grossraum Langenthal/Herzogenbuchsee Start of employment: Sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Reference number: 103488-302 Requirements profile: • Completed technical or mechanical basic training and several years of experience as a plant operator (machine operation, programming, setup) • Understanding of automation systems, e.g. Makino MAS-A5 or Makino B2 is an advantage • Good German language skills in word and writing • Willingness to work in 2-shift operation • Safe handling of the MS-Office palette, SAP knowledge is an advantage • Experience in CAM programming (SolidCAM) and practice in handling CAD systems (SolidWorks) is an advantage • Teamwork, creativity, flexibility as well as a pronounced cost awareness, high motivation, high willingness to learn and resilience Tasks: • Processing of production orders on the 4-axis machining centers according to planning specifications • Creation of CAM programs with the programming software SolidCAM • Carrying out self-inspections and initial sample inspections for quality assurance • Continuous monitoring of the specified times and reporting of deviations • Compliance with occupational safety and cleanliness standards in the workplace • Active participation in the continuous improvement process (e.g. optimization of documentation, implementation of Lean Management) Contact person: Jonas Frey Tel. 062 832 10 60 Apply for this position via jfrey@mittelland-personal.ch or via the application form.
