To reinforce our office team (5–6 employees), we are looking for a committed, team-oriented personality who will relieve us in technical day-to-day business and act as a link between customers, tool suppliers, and our production. Technical Clerk Plastics/Composites – 80-100% (m/f/d) Your tasks • Technical analysis and consulting of customer projects using CAD • Interface between customers and tool manufacturers • Pre- and post-calculations based on customer specifications (for the attention of the management) • Obtaining, evaluating, and pre-selecting offers for hot press tools from international suppliers • Maintenance and updating of the IMDS database • Creation of simple drawings as well as smaller design developments for aids in production • Support with Q-reports (8D report), including form creation and customer consultations • Management of smaller internal and external projects Your profile • Basic training in a technical field, e.g., as a Konstrukteur/in EFZ, Polymechaniker/in EFZ or Kunststofftechnologe/-in EFZ; further training (e.g., towards Techniker/in HF) is an advantage, but not a requirement • Confident handling of a common CAD program (Autodesk Inventor) • Experience or strong interest in composites or plastics is an advantage • Independent, exact way of working – you are the only specialist in this area with us, there is no direct deputy • Strong teamwork skills and an open, constructive manner – you actively contribute to a good working atmosphere • Enjoyment of contact with customers and suppliers as well as close cooperation with production regarding aids and smaller constructions • Good German skills, English is an advantage (international procurement) What we offer you A dynamic and innovative environment awaits you in a successful company in the beautiful Schaffhauser Chläggi.
