Plant Operator in the Food Industry (m/w/d)

For our clients from the food industry, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced plant operator (m/w/d) to support our team. Tasks • Operation and monitoring of production plants in the food industry. • Ensuring quality and compliance with production standards. • Troubleshooting minor technical issues and reporting larger problems to the maintenance team. • Documentation of production data and creation of protocols. • Compliance with health and safety regulations. Your Profile • Completed training as a machine and plant operator or in the technical field. • Technical understanding and the ability to quickly identify and solve problems. • Experience in operating production plants, ideally in the food or chemical industry. • Team-oriented work and the ability to work effectively even under pressure. • Willingness to work shifts • Good German language skills (at least B2) We offer * A varied and responsible activity in an innovative, sustainable company. • Opportunities for further development and specialization.
