Your tasks You accompany small groups of 2–5 people with support needs through the day and guide them professionally and agogically during various tasks. In horticulture, you implement new designs and reorganizations professionally. From paving and walls to plantings and smaller construction projects. In garden maintenance, you care for green spaces, lawns, hedges, flower beds, and paths and ensure that everything remains in top shape. Winter service, machine maintenance, material organization, or spontaneous assignments. You tackle whatever is currently at hand. Is there a crisis somewhere with the other groups?
