CNC Technician - Milling (m/f) 100%

Purpose of the role:
The CNC Technician is responsible for the independent manufacture of precision components on CNC milling machines (3- and 5-axis) while complying with the highest quality, safety, and delivery standards. Through their technical expertise, the optimization of manufacturing processes, and the ensuring of efficient production, they make a significant contribution to the company's success.

Responsibilities:

• Independent setting up, operating, and monitoring of CNC milling machines (3- and 5-axis)
• Creating, adjusting, and optimizing CNC programs (Siemens control)
• Manufacture of individual parts as well as small and medium series according to technical drawings
• Selection, preparation, and changing of tools
• Monitoring of manufacturing processes as well as ensuring dimensional and geometrical accuracy
• Carrying out quality inspections with common measuring instruments
• Maintenance and care of the machines as well as troubleshooting minor malfunctions
• Compliance with safety, quality, and delivery standards
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes and workflows

Qualifications:

• Completed training as Polymechaniker/in, CNC-Mechaniker/in, -Zerspanungsmechaniker/in or comparable technical training
• Several years of experience in CNC milling is an advantage
• Good knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Experience in handling CNC controls, ideally Siemens
• Independent, precise, and reliable way of working
• High quality awareness and sense of responsibility
• Teamwork skills as well as flexibility
• Readiness for shift work (2- or 3-shift operation)
