In a dynamic, international setting, you will actively shape Operations and make a visible contribution to sustainable corporate management.

Your area of responsibility ####

• Manage operations and ensure operational performance along production targets
• Take responsibility for finances and align resources/investments economically
• Drive performance and sustainably anchor operational improvements
• Plan capacities and align production resources proactively with corporate goals
• Secure standards and quality, consistently develop compliance as well as occupational safety

Your qualifications ####

• Education in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration or comparable
• Leadership experience in operational production or plant management, ideally Automotive
• Lean and shopfloor management competence
• Leadership with strong communication skills, assertiveness and a focus on team development
• IT & languages with SAP/ERP knowledge
• Fluent German and very good English skills
