Your missions

Act as administrative support for the Installations et Bâtiments (IBA) department. The Administrative Manager is the central administrative pivot between internal (employees & managers) and external (customers & suppliers). They ensure that information is transmitted to colleagues to promote the smooth running of business. They optimize administrative procedures and propose new, more efficient working methods.

• Process all customer requests and ensure effective follow-up
• Ensure complete administrative and financial follow-up for the photovoltaic part and manage all procedures with Pronovo
• Act as support to project managers as well as sales representatives in the photovoltaic department
• Manage the entry and updating of various tracking tools during the different sales and project execution phases
• Plan and ensure the follow-up of OIBT controls for the department
• Perform the follow-up of offers and invoicing of interventions
• Write various letters, such as offer confirmations, requests for quotes, requests for authorization, rights of way, cover letters, etc.
• Ensure the management and follow-up of invoicing for the photovoltaic sector and close files at the end of construction sites
• Establish indicator reporting for the department manager
• Perform post-calculation of completed construction sites
• Monitor and control the work hour reports of the department employees as well as leave requests

Your profile

• Holder of a CFC in commercial employment or a title deemed equivalent
• You have worked at least 3 years in an electrical installation company in Switzerland in a similar role
• You have ease of contact and an entrepreneurial spirit
• You master the IT and office tools of the profession (WinProgitel, Office Manager, Electroform, Office, etc.)
• Reliable, you are proactive and enterprising and demonstrate great autonomy
• Methodical and rigorous, you are attentive to meeting deadlines
• Flexible, you have a strong team spirit and are a driver of change
• Punctual, you possess a sense of responsibility and organization
• You are results-oriented and customer satisfaction-oriented
• You also believe that to succeed, it is necessary to work together and collaborate
