Your Mission:

A-Z Project Responsibility: You independently lead demanding new construction and renovation projects in building automation (commercial buildings, public buildings, infrastructure facilities) – from the first offer to successful handover.

Customer Loyalty & Consulting: You are the face to the customer and the first point of contact. With your proactive, solution-oriented manner, you build deep trust and thus naturally secure valuable follow-up projects.

Team Leadership: You take over the technical and organizational leadership of your project team. You plan the resources, push your team to peak performance, and transform ambitious milestones into real success stories.

What you bring with you:

Solid Foundation: Completed basic training in electrical engineering or in the HVAC sector.

Technical Depth: Completed further training (or currently on the home stretch) as Techniker:in HF, a degree in building technology, or a comparable qualification.

Enthusiasm & Drive: You burn for the latest technologies, tackle things proactively, and do not see individual customer requirements as a problem, but as an exciting adventure.

Communication: Business fluent German and pleasure in daily exchange with various stakeholder groups.
