Senior Business Analyst - End-to-End Processes & Data Management

End-to-End Data & Process Transformation in Banking! For a strategically significant transformation program in the banking environment, we are looking for an experienced personality with sound expertise in business and data analysis. The focus is on the holistic analysis and optimization of processes, data flows, and system landscapes in customer, contract, and product management. For this demanding mandate in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for you as: Senior Business Analyst - End-to-End Processes & Data Management # YOUR TASKS In this responsible role, you will analyze existing end-to-end processes, data flows, system landscapes, and responsibilities in the environment of customer, contract, and product management. You will identify optimization potential along the entire process and data chain and develop sustainable target images that increase efficiency, reduce complexity, and create the foundation for a future-oriented system landscape. You will collect, analyze, prioritize, and document functional as well as technical requirements and model end-to-end processes taking into account the operational impacts and necessary organizational adjustments. In doing so, you will particularly evaluate data storage and integration concepts and develop sound decision bases in the form of business cases, effort estimates, and risk analyses. Furthermore, you will moderate workshops, prepare management presentations, and work closely with specialist departments, sales, IT, and other stakeholders. You will accompany the evaluation and introduction of sustainable solutions and make a significant contribution to the continuous further development of the data and process landscape. YOUR PROFILE You have several years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Data Analyst in complex projects - ideally in the banking environment - and bring a deep understanding of end-to-end processes and data flows in customer, contract, and product management. The analysis, modeling, documentation, and optimization of complex business processes as well as data structures are part of your daily craft. You possess sound knowledge of process and data analysis methods as well as modeling techniques such as BPMN or UML and have a high technical affinity in the areas of data storage, system integration, and data flows. Experience with agile working methods as well as tools such as Jira and Confluence is required, as well as very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. You work analytically, conceptually, and solution-oriented, understand how to prepare complex relationships in an understandable way, and successfully bring different stakeholders together. Knowledge of current market trends in data management as well as experience with AI-supported analysis tools is an advantage. Very good German skills at level C2 as well as English skills at level B1 are required. The mandate starts on 01.10.2026 and runs until 31.12.2027 with an option for extension. The workload is 100 % with a total of 263 person-days.
