What you will do
Independent preparation and production of all dishes in the hot and cold kitchen
Supervision of food service and participation in "Front Cooking"
Planning, preparing and producing dishes for special events
Regulated acceptance, storage and documentation of goods, operating and cleaning supplies
Preparation of production for the following day

Your place of work
Together with 15 employees, you surprise up to 700 guests daily in the newly opened restaurant of the Kantonalen Verwaltung in Emmenbrücke with a diverse offering: creative, seasonal dishes, prepared fresh and varied.
You work from Monday to Friday, each between 7:00 and 16:00, depending on the duty roster. On public holidays and on the weekend, the operation remains closed. / For special events in the evening and on the weekend, you are available flexibly.
