Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/d) Your tasks You are responsible for the entire recruiting process - from requirement determination and development of the sourcing strategy to offer management and support in onboarding via our ATS (SAP SuccessFactors) - and in doing so, you ensure high data quality and efficient processes. You identify, win, and inspire qualified talents through proactive Active Sourcing via various platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing, professional networks, and talent pools. You plan, coordinate, and organize interviews in close cooperation with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders. You participate in interviews and accompany the selection process with professional advice and expertise. You ensure an outstanding Candidate Experience through transparent communication and effective stakeholder management. You plan, coordinate, and moderate Welcome Days to enable new employees to have a successful start in the company. You support employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition campaigns via platforms such as Kununu, Glassdoor, social media, career fairs, and university cooperations. You build and continuously maintain sustainable talent pipelines and professional networks to successfully cover current and future personnel requirements. You follow current recruiting trends, innovative sourcing methods, and new technologies, especially in the field of Artificial Intelligence, and use them purposefully for the further development of our recruiting processes. Your profile You have 2-3 years of professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or active sourcing, ideally in the IT industry. You bring sound experience in the independent management of end-to-end recruiting processes. You have demonstrably and successfully identified and won qualified candidates through direct approach and networking activities. You have practical experience with modern recruiting technologies, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms. You convince through strong communication and advisory skills and act as a trustworthy contact person for hiring managers and stakeholders. You work in a structured, proactive manner and maintain an overview even with several parallel recruitment processes. You are enthusiastic about employer branding, an excellent candidate experience, and the building of long-term talent relationships. You are characterized by a solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of self-responsibility and sense of responsibility.
