For our location in Nürensdorf, we are looking for a committed, empathetic personality with joy in working with children. Internal further training - together with interns from all locations ? Co-creation desired - you contribute ideas and actively participate ?- Instruction sessions & exciting assignments - you will be optimally prepared for your training ? In case of interest and good performance: possibility to take on small office jobs and thus gain insight into the organizational processes ? Long-term perspective - our goal is to accompany, promote and thus support our interns as far up the career ladder in our company as they wish ? Team events & goodies - because appreciation is lived by us ? 5 weeks vacation - for your recovery Your tasks:

Support in the loving care and targeted promotion of the children
Participation in pedagogical projects and everyday activities
Active teamwork and shared responsibility
Thinking along, co-designing, co-deciding
